Wild Camels and Caribbean Feeling in One 🐫🌴

During my first stay at Mr. Tom and Basem’s beach camp, I decided to take a day trip to one of Egypt’s three national parks. A visit to the ‘Valley of the Camels’ is particularly worthwhile because of its beaches and lagoons on the coast. Qulan in particular gives visitors a real ‘Caribbean feeling’. And all this with the knowledge that a ‘ship of the desert’ can come towards you at any time and cross your path.

The Wadi el Gemal National Park covers an area of 6200 km2. To explore it more intensively, I recommend traveling for several days by four-wheel drive. Camping with the bedouins will be a very special experience for anyone who wants to be close to nature. Especially when you can watch the camels at their drinking places.

Mr. Tom’s family will definitely support you in planning this project – this multi-day tour is at the top of my to-do list. Let me know if you would like me to make contact.
