Enticed by the prospect of indescribably beautiful scenery and a refreshing swim in the middle of the desert, I booked this tour with Rehab.<\/p><p>Accompanied by young Egyptians, our small hiking group reached a natural pool with crystal clear, turquoise water after about 90 minutes of walking. This natural gem is buried in the granite rock of the Wadi el Weshwash oasis at the end of a dry valley. The pool is fed by rainwater and from three surrounding springs.<\/p><p>The hike was a fantastic experience that I\u2019ll love to do again. Next time, though, I\u2019ll make sure to wear sturdy walking boots and take plenty of water with me.
